Fall 2022 Schedule
Yoga classes are held weekday mornings via Zoom and in-person at Little Sugar Creek on Saturday mornings in the late Spring & Summer.
The following are suggested props to make the poses more accessible/comfortable, but they are not necessary:
- Yoga mat, blanket/bolster/pillow to sit on or create padding for your knees while in table pose
- 1 or 2 yoga blocks (floor lifters -LOL)
- Yoga strap or belt (arm extender to reach your feet ๐)
- Eye pillow to cover your eyes in final relaxation pose.

Flowing yoga practice with Sun Salutations, Moon Salutations, stretches for low back pain relief and breathing meditations.

Improve your core muscular strength and your flexibility. Set up your yoga mat, strap and stability ball. Look forward to a workout that challenges you abs while relaxing your mind.

Restorative Yoga
In person Class at the Downtown Activity Center
Friday
9:30 am- 10:15 am
Join me on Fridays for a supported, restful yoga practice to ease stress and anxiety. Gather what you can, resourcefulness is wonderful, you do not need every prop to participate..

$10 per person for a single Saturday
$35 per person for all 5 Saturday’s in October
Reconnect to yourself through practicing Yoga under the open sky surrounded by the healing energies of the trees and calming sounds of Little Sugar Creek. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear bug repellent. Lemongrass and Lavender essential oils work well for me. You may also want to bring a towel.
