Yoga classes are being held weekday mornings via Zoom and in-person at Little Sugar Creek on Saturday mornings.
The following are suggested props to make the poses more accessible/comfortable, but they are not necessary:
- Yoga mat, blanket/bolster/pillow to sit on or create padding for your knees while in table pose
- 1 or 2 yoga blocks (floor lifters -LOL)
- Yoga strap or belt (arm extender to reach your feet 😊)
- Eye pillow to cover your eyes in final relaxation pose.

Flowing yoga practice with Sun Salutations, Moon Salutations, stretches for low back pain relief and breathing meditations.
6:00 pm-6:45 pm
Class will include simple yoga stretches, breathing and meditation.
Gentle Pilates Mat and Yoga
11:00 am-12:00 pm
Improve your core muscular strength and your flexibility. Set up your yoga mat, strap and a mini ball. Look forward to a workout that challenges you abs while relaxing your mind.
9:00 am-10:00 am
Join me on Fridays for a supported, restful yoga practice to ease stress and anxiety. Gather what you can, resourcefulness is wonderful, you do not need every prop to participate.

Reconnect to yourself through practicing Yoga under the open sky surrounded by the healing energies of the trees and calming sounds of Little Sugar Creek. Social Distancing is required to allow for confidence to attend. Please wear your mask until you at your mat in the designated area and when you are leaving the designated area. There will be Twelve feet of space between mats. Space is limited to 12 students for safety. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear bug repellent. Lemongrass and Lavender essential oils work well for me. You may also want to bring a towel.
Pilates on the Ball
Pilates on the stability ball teaches the whole body to maintain correct posture, balance and coordination. It improves your muscle strength and muscle tone. Regular practice tones the abdominals and inner thighs as well as increasing your endurance and concentration.
