Mindful Yoga at the Creek

$10 per person for a single Saturday
$35 per person for all 5 Saturday’s in October
Reconnect to yourself through practicing Yoga under the open sky surrounded by the healing energies of the trees and calming sounds of Little Sugar Creek. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear bug repellent. Lemongrass and Lavender essential oils work well for me. You may also want to bring a towel.

Pilates Reformer – Personal Training
All kinds of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs.

Fitness Classes
There are unlimited benefits to yoga. It reduces stress, increases blood circulation, and improves strength and flexibility. Regular practice (at least three times per week) can reduce the symptoms of many chronic diseases (e.g., arthritis and thyroid disorders). It also promotes relaxation. Classes are held via Zoom during the week and at the creek.

Personal Weight Training
Need a personal training to get you started, out of that slump or past that next obstacle? Paula is experienced in training a full range of clients, from the first timer to the professional athlete. TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other weight equipment are utilized.
